I've finished 38 Prussian battalions. This is just a sneak peak. The units are musketeer, fusilier, and mixed grenadier regiments in a variety of poses. First battalions have a mounted officer.
Lace 'n Big Hats is a diary of my lead adventures. The title comes from a remark of Martin Rapier, a member of TMP. Lace 'n Big Hats aggregates historical periods such as the Lace wars, Seven years war, Napoleonic Wars etc, which had this elaborate dress as one common factor. I like the phrase so much I am thinking of using it as a name for a rule set I am working on. My historical interests are actually a bit broader, so I will be throwing in bits and pieces from WW2 and even the Modern era.
Hi
ReplyDeleteThose are simply gorgeous ! so tempting..........
Are they based for any particular ruleset ?
Cheers
Lovely flags, fantastic job!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a rule set in mind. Pendraken sell in packs of 30, for infantry, and I thought this looked good, and compatible with Warmaster (thinking of my Ottomans in crossover from Warmaster to Turkenkrieg/Naps).
I will modify rules to suit me. I will have all sides, so no need to base for anyone else.
Cheers
